To treat post-surgical fibrosis it is necesary  to do manual  lymphatic drainage ; the early implementation of the drainage will decrease the production  of hematoma,  preventing  excess tissue fibrosis. In the treatment of fibrosis it should not be forgotten  the accommodation of the skin to the new body volume there for the  maneuvers must be soft movements that wont  mobilize skin just excess of liquids. Lympthic drain must be done only for board certifed professionals.  personally I dont like any other treatment of aparatology in the first 20 days after surgery. Please always  consult with doctor about any treatment you want to perform  before 6 months of surgery.

Liposuction or lipolysis is a procedure to remove localized fatty deposits to improve body contour. It is not a treatment for obesity; the maintenance or the results are proportional to the fulfillment of the commitment to the adoption of healthy habits based on a proper nutritional intake with exercise routines, this depends solely on the patient. The ideal is always  to  perform just one intervention of liposuction or lipolysis in life. While increasing interventions increase the risks and reduces the quality of the results, skin loses a percentage of capacity to contract properly in each procedure, caused by the above procedure fibrosis is accented with the following  surgical interventations increasing  fibrosis and irregularities in skin . It must be borne in mind that each case is different in each patient and which also varies the volume extracted, treated areas, technology used, time of use of the garments  and adequate postoperative management.
