Why are breast prostheses encapsulated?

Why are breast prostheses encapsulated?

One of the most common problems after surgery with breast implants, tends to be the same encapsulation, that forms a capsule and contracture capping. This usually occurs because the body reacts against a foreign body forming a tissue or capsule to your around, as result of this contraction compressed the implant, causing pain in the breasts, hardening, displacement or movement of the implant or extreme sensitivity. The frequency of this encapsulation has declined considerably to improvements in the design of implants and especially in the surgical techniques used in the operation. In this case some surgeons recommend their patients own massage or ultrasound for its prevention.

Recovery after a lipolaser

Recovery after a lipolaser

After a liposuction is common the emergence of fibrosis usually near where the incisions  has been made for the cannula. To treat post-surgical fibrosis it is necesary  to do manual  lymphatic drainage ; the early implementation of the drainage will decrease the production  of hematoma,  preventing  excess tissue fibrosis. In the treatment of fibrosis it should not be forgotten  the accommodation of the skin to the new body volume there for the  maneuvers must be soft movements that wont  mobilize skin just excess of liquids. Lympthic drain must be done only for board certifed professionals.  personally I dont like any other treatment of aparatology in the first 20 days after surgery. Please always  consult with doctor about any treatment you want to perform  before 6 months of surgery.
