Breast augmentation, including breast implants, is recommended for women who want to increase the size of their breasts. In some cases this procedure must be accompanied by a breast lift.
Breast augmentation surgery leaves no visible scars because the incisions can be made in the infra-mammary groove in the bottom boundary of the areola (per areolar), or in the armpits, depending on each patient. The implants used in this surgery are made of cohesive silicone gel, the size changes according to the aesthetic need and can be implanted under the breast tissue (sub glandular technique) behind the pectoral muscle (technical retro muscular) or behind the pectoral muscle fascia (technical surficial), giving a very natural look, without altering mammary physiology, allowing breast feeding in the event of pregnancy.
