The recommendations that I give to you as a doctor for the immediate postoperative surgery are very important, so I want to publicly clarify that:

3. nuts and dried fruits: nuts, almonds and cholesterol, fiber, protein and omega-3-rich foods will help satisfy hunger, always and when it is not consumed in excess.

5. Green tea: contains antioxidants that help to eliminate localized fat. This healthy beverage can help your metabolism to work better and to increase the speed with which the liver burn fat.
